We're Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Coimbatore | Full-Time | Experience: 0-2 Years

SKILL RADAR is a flagship EdTech initiative from Nandha Infotech, focused on equipping schools and colleges with industry-aligned skill development programs, digital learning platforms, and custom academic training modules. Our mission is to build future-ready learners by integrating real-world skills and technology into classrooms across India.

We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to grow our reach within the education ecosystem and forge impactful institutional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach schools and colleges for SKILL RADAR's EdTech offerings.
  • Present and pitch our digital platforms, skill development modules, and training solutions.
  • Conduct demos, presentations, and meetings with principals, HODs, and academic leaders.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of institutional relationships and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with delivery and content teams to ensure seamless onboarding and execution.
  • Meet and exceed monthly outreach and sales targets.
  • Represent SKILL RADAR at education expos, webinars, and networking events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian education system (school & higher education).
  • Passion for education, digital learning, and student empowerment.
  • Ability to handle multiple client conversations independently and close deals.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
