Role Description
We are seeking a Telecaller for a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata. The Telecaller will be responsible for speaking with clients, providing information about our services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records. Day-to-day tasks include handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving client queries, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and resolve client queries effectively
- Customer service and relationship management skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Experience in telecalling or a related role is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
