GRC Implementation & DevOps Project Coordinator Azure DevOps Boards

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform implementations while coordinating agile project workflows using Azure DevOps (ADO) Boards.

This hybrid role bridges compliance technology deployment with agile delivery tracking, ensuring smooth execution of risk and compliance initiatives within an agile framework.

Key Responsibilities

GRC Platform Implementation

  • Configure and implement GRC modules such as policy management, risk assessments, compliance workflows, and incident reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into platform configurations.
  • Conduct user onboarding, training, and provide ongoing functional support.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for compliance metrics, incidents, and audits.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with platform vendors/support teams.

Azure DevOps Boards (ADO)

  • Create and manage work items (Epics, Features, User Stories, Tasks).
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of compliance-related projects.
  • Automate workflows and integrate ADO Boards with other tools (Jira, GitHub, ServiceNow).
  • Maintain agile documentation and ensure adherence to agile best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with GRC platforms (e.g., Archer, MetricStream, or other enterprise GRC tools).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Boards for project coordination.
  • Strong understanding of compliance workflows, risk management, and incident reporting.
  • Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
  • Certifications in Agile/Scrum or Azure DevOps are a plus.
