Summary

We are hiring an
Enterprise Agile Coach
with deep expertise in
Azure DevOps (ADO)
and
Power BI
to help drive agile maturity and delivery excellence across global teams. This role is designed for a seasoned coach who thrives on influencing at scale, embedding agile ways of working, and enabling transformation through data-driven practices.

What you will do:

  • Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and delivery teams on agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Translate agile guardrails into practical standards for ceremonies, artifacts, and cadences.
  • Govern Azure DevOps (ADO) Boards to ensure disciplined visibility of Epics, Features, and Stories.
  • Define and implement delivery metrics, and build Power BI dashboards for leadership reporting.
  • Promote an agile mindset and enable predictable, high-quality value delivery.

What we are looking for (Required):

  • 10–15 years of experience in software/digital delivery, including
    4+ years as an Agile Coach
    .
  • Strong, hands-on expertise in
    Azure DevOps (ADO) Boards
    .
  • Practical experience building
    Power BI dashboards
    for flow and delivery metrics.
  • Proven success in organizational change coaching within global environments.
  • Excellent facilitation, collaboration, and data storytelling skills.
  • Flexibility to work primarily in IST with some US overlap (Meetings).

Preferred certifications:
SAFe (SSM, RTE, SPC), Scrum (PSM-II/III, CSM-A), or Kanban (KMP).
