Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end DevOps pipelines on Azure using Azure DevOps (ADO), Git, YAML, and ARM/Bicep/Terraform.
- Architect secure and scalable cloud-native solutions with an emphasis on automation, performance, and reliability.
- Define CI/CD strategy across environments including development, QA, staging, and production.
- Integrate automated testing, code quality checks, and security scans (DevSecOps).
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
- Provide governance around release management, branching strategy, and configuration management.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, security, and operations teams to ensure smooth software delivery.
- Mentor DevOps engineers and drive best practices across projects.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
- Drive adoption of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, AKS).
Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in Azure DevOps (ADO) and DevOps practices
- Experience in designing CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) - Terraform, Bicep, ARM
- Knowledge of Git, YAML scripting, and release governance
- Understanding of DevSecOps practices
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and AKS
- Excellent collaboration and mentoring skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
