Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end DevOps pipelines on Azure using Azure DevOps (ADO), Git, YAML, and ARM/Bicep/Terraform.
  • Architect secure and scalable cloud-native solutions with an emphasis on automation, performance, and reliability.
  • Define CI/CD strategy across environments including development, QA, staging, and production.
  • Integrate automated testing, code quality checks, and security scans (DevSecOps).
  • Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
  • Provide governance around release management, branching strategy, and configuration management.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, security, and operations teams to ensure smooth software delivery.
  • Mentor DevOps engineers and drive best practices across projects.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
  • Drive adoption of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, AKS).

Skills Required:

  • Strong expertise in Azure DevOps (ADO) and DevOps practices
  • Experience in designing CI/CD pipelines
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) - Terraform, Bicep, ARM
  • Knowledge of Git, YAML scripting, and release governance
  • Understanding of DevSecOps practices
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and AKS
  • Excellent collaboration and mentoring skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
