We are seeking an experienced
Azure DevOps (ADO) Admin – Boards & Reporting
professional to manage and optimize our Azure DevOps Boards, ensure governance across teams, and deliver actionable reporting through Power BI. This role combines
technical administration, agile process coaching, and reporting expertise
to enable teams and leadership to make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure
    Azure DevOps Boards
    (work items, queries, workflows, permissions, custom fields, dashboards).
  • Develop and maintain
    reports and dashboards
    in ADO and Power BI to track delivery progress, velocity, capacity, dependencies, and KPIs.
  • Ensure
    standardization and governance
    across multiple teams, projects, and programs within ADO.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Program Managers to support
    Agile ceremonies and reporting needs
    .
  • Coach and train teams on effective use of
    Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) within ADO Boards
    .
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on delivery performance and process improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ADO Boards, permissions, and reporting integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of ADO Boards with organizational processes and best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Azure DevOps (ADO)
    – Strong hands-on experience in configuring and administering ADO Boards.
  • ADO Boards
    – Expertise in managing sprints, workflows, work item types, queries, and dashboards.
  • Power BI
    – Proficiency in building dashboards and reports by connecting ADO data sources.
  • Agile, Scrum, Kanban
    – Solid understanding of agile delivery practices.
  • Agile Coaching
    – Ability to guide and support teams in adopting best practices for Agile in ADO.

Good to Have Skills:

  • Experience with
    ADO Analytics & OData feeds
    for custom reporting.
  • Knowledge of
    Portfolio Management (Epics, Features, Initiatives)
    within ADO.
  • Familiarity with
    integrations between ADO and other tools
    (Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, etc.).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
