� Key Responsibilities: 

Handle the end-to-end merchant onboarding process, from application review to activation.  Review KYC and compliance documents as per RBI and company guidelines.  Coordinate with sales, risk, legal, and compliance teams to ensure smooth and timely onboarding.  Validate business details including bank accounts, GST, PAN, business type, and website/app compliance.  Update and manage records on internal CRM or onboarding systems.  Monitor onboarding queues and resolve pending or escalated cases promptly.  Ensure onboarding is completed within defined TAT (Turnaround Time) and SLA (Service Level Agreements).

� Required Skills & Qualifications 

Minimum 2 years of experience in merchant onboarding in a fintech, payment gateway, banking, or NBFC environment.  Solid understanding of digital payment systems, KYC norms, and RBI regulations.  Strong communication skills (verbal & written) to interact with merchants and internal teams professionally.  Familiarity with CRM tools and onboarding platforms.  Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle a high volume of cases with accuracy.

� Good to Have: 

Experience working with payment gateway systems (e.g., UPI, Netbanking, Credit/Debit Cards, Wallets).  Knowledge of chargeback, risk assessment, or merchant support.  Exposure to compliance software or e-KYC tools.

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,398.12 per month
