Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Post ads regularly on relevant platforms.
- Monitor and manage ad budgets to ensure maximum ROI
- Create and manage engaging marketing campaigns to generate quality leads
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc. for campaign analysis and optimization
- Perform basic graphic designing for digital ads, social media creatives, and banners (using Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
- Oversee SEO management – on-page and off-page strategies to improve website visibility
- Collaborate with sales and design teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and KPIs
Key Skills Required :
- Proven experience in Performance Marketing for 2 years
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital ad platforms
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Search Console)
- Basic skills in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.)
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong communication and coordination skills
