About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud development. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript, along with experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce integrations and customizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL/SOSL.
  • Build, configure, and customize Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud applications.
  • Develop and maintain Lightning App Builder components and pages to enhance user experience.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party integration tools.
  • Manage Salesforce metadata, tooling API, and configuration across sandboxes and production environments.
  • Work closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices for coding, security, and performance optimization.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and ensure smooth platform operation.
  • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality, timely releases.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years (Level B2) or 7–9 years (Level B3) of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, and custom application development.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Minimum 4+ years of JavaScript experience, with the ability to build dynamic Lightning components.
  • Experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce Tooling API, Metadata API, and deployment mechanisms.
  • Strong grasp of CRM principles, data modeling, and software architecture best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Bitbucket Pipelines).
  • Exposure to Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400, ₹800,000.00 per year
