If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Application Support Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).NTT DATA Services currently seeks Application Support Analyst to join our team in Bangalore/HyderabadAbout the RoleEssential Qualifications:Primary skill set:Uipath Platform Expertise( Queue,Job,Trigger,Logs)->Robot and process Monitoring->Schedulueing,execution, and troubleshootingIncident & Problem Management->Handling Production incidents->RCA->Ticekt Lifecycle(ITSM Tools:Servicenow,Jira)Bot Performance Monitoring->Health checks, alerts and bot status monitoring->Resource and queue utilization-> HD RobotsLog analysis and debugging->Reading execution logs(Orchestrtaor,Windows event viewer)Windows server & Task scheduler basics->Managing environments where bot run->Server restarts, user session handlingSecondary Skil setSQL/Database Knowledge->Querying bot logs or transaction data->Basic DB Health checksCloud Platforms->Uipath Automation CloudChange and Release managementMonitoring Tools->Splunk,Grafna,Thousand eyesNice to HaveMicrosoft Power PlatformJDKey Responsibilities:· Provide production support for applications running in Windows-based environments.· Monitor and troubleshoot UiPath automation workflows to ensure seamless operations.· Support and maintain applications built using HDR and PowerApps.· Perform basic administration of Windows Server 2016 and manage IIS configurations.· Write and optimize SQL queries using SQL Server 2019 and related DBMS tools.· Utilize network and system troubleshooting tools including remote access utilities and connectivity diagnostics.· Implement and manage monitoring and alerting solutions using tools such as Splunk, and ThousandEyes.· Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities to ensure system resilience and data protection.· Follow IT Service Management (ITSM) processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.Required Skills & Qualifications:· Minimum 3 years of experience in production support within a Windows environment.· Hands-on experience with UiPath automation platform.· Working knowledge of Windows Server 2016 and IIS.· Familiarity with SQL Server 2019 and DBMS tools.· Experience with observability and monitoring tools like Splunk, and ThousandEyes.· Understanding of DR and BCP strategies and implementation.· Strong grasp of ITSM frameworks and best practices.Preferred Attributes:· Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.· Strong communication and collaboration abilities.· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
