You'll lead SEO efforts, collaborating with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure best-in-class SEO practices across the digital landscape.Responsibilities: The job will involve the following responsibilities:1. Develop and implement data-driven SEO strategies aligned with business goals to boost organic traffic and conversions.2. Conduct in-depth SEO audits to identify opportunities for improvement in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.3. Spearhead robust keyword research and competitor analysis to inform content planning and optimization efforts.4. Oversee on-page optimization: crafting compelling meta tags, enhancing site architecture, and ensuring content relevance.5. Drive off-page SEO and link-building initiatives to enhance domain authority and search rankings.6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content creators, developers, designers) to integrate SEO best practices.7. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.8. Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms and SEO trends to keep our strategies cutting-edge.9. Present clear and actionable SEO reports to stakeholders, showcasing the impact of your strategies.10. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical SEO issues, working closely with developers.11. Mentor and lead junior team members if applicable, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Skills Required:1. Proven track record of successfully improving organic search performance and website rankings.2. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and Google ranking factors.3. Deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page SEO.4. Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).5. Solid analytical skills and data-driven mindset to measure, evaluate, and refine SEO strategies.6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.8. Bonus: Experience managing SEO for e-commerce brands or leading SEO teams.Bonus Points: 1. Experience with paid search (Google Ads, PPC).2.
