Manager – Active LED Solutions

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Professional to drive sales of Active LED displays, digital signage, and display solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets in the B2B and B2G segments.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of Active LED display technology and AV solutions.
- Proven track record in B2B/B2G sales (preferably in AV/IT/Display/Signage industry).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Good knowledge of the tendering process and government procurement will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients (corporates, government departments, system integrators, event companies, retail chains, etc.).
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calls, networking, and market research.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable Active LED solutions (indoor/outdoor displays, video walls, DOOH solutions, etc.).
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and respond to tenders/RFPs; handle pricing negotiations to close deals.
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.
- Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM tools regularly.
Qualification & Experience
- Education: Graduate (Any stream) – MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Active LED / AV Solutions / IT Hardware / Digital Signage sales.
- Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
