Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive who will act as the backbone of our marketing operations owning strategy, execution, and leadership across the marketing function. This individual will manage everything from branding, digital campaigns, and product marketing to design and communication ensuring seamless alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Management
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility and product positioning.
- Translate IKIO's product innovation into compelling value propositions tailored to industry-specific audiences.
- Own the marketing calendar and ensure alignment with sales goals, product launches, and corporate objectives.
2. Lead Generation & Core Marketing Operations
- Drive
end-to-end lead generation efforts
through inbound and outbound campaigns. - Manage
databases, contact lists, and CRM hygiene
to ensure lead accuracy and tracking. - Execute
email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, telemarketing coordination, and paid ad funnels

basic marketing execution tasks
—social posting, updating product listings, preparing sales decks, and coordinating vendor requirements. - Monitor lead quality and
work closely with sales
to refine targeting, improve conversion rates, and ensure follow-up consistency. - Handle
day-to-day marketing requests
(artworks, presentations, catalog updates, small event support, etc.).
3. Product & Technical Marketing
- Leverage strong technical understanding of LED lighting and energy-efficient solutions to create accurate, impactful messaging.
- Support sales and product teams with marketing collateral, case studies, and presentations.
- Act as the go-to marketing expert for product differentiation and customer education.
4. Digital & Demand Generation
- Lead digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, PPC, email, and automation platforms.
- Optimize marketing funnels for lead generation and nurture, tracking conversion metrics through CRM/automation tools.
- Oversee website updates, landing pages, and virtual experiences (e.g., VR showroom, BIM model integration).
5. Content & Creative Oversight
- Direct and collaborate with designers, content writers, and creative teams to produce marketing assets, product catalogs, videos, and case studies.
- Maintain brand identity, tone, and consistency across all platforms.
- Ensure marketing collateral supports storytelling for both B2B and public-sector audiences.
6. Events, Partnerships & PR
- Plan and execute participation in trade shows, expos, and industry events.
- Manage co-branding, partnerships, and cooperative purchasing agency communications.
- Build media relations and secure coverage that reinforces IKIO's thought leadership.
7. Data, Insights & Reporting
- Own marketing performance dashboards analyze KPIs, campaign ROI, and pipeline contribution.
- Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement and strategic pivots.
- Report directly to management with data-driven recommendations.
8. Team Leadership & Execution Management
- Oversee cross-functional marketing teams (design, content, CRM, SEO, digital) with clear task assignments.
- Maintain accountability for deliverables, ensuring deadlines and goals are consistently met.
- Mentor junior marketing staff to build capabilities for future leadershship
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–8 years of marketing experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or cross-functional role.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM, and demand generation.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, MS Planner, etc.).
- Strong communication, creative direction, and project management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
