Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, display ads, social media, email) for B2B / enterprise software / IT services.
  • Develop and manage organic strategies (SEO, content, backlinking) targeting decision-makers looking for Microsoft 365, Salesforce, CRM, cloud integration solutions.
  • Coordinate with sales / BD teams to generate and nurture leads via marketing funnels.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.), and report insights & ROI.
  • Oversee content planning and creation: blogs, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, website content, landing pages.
  • Execute AB tests, landing page improvements, ad copy optimization.
  • Collaborate with designers & developers to ensure marketing assets are on-brand and technically sound (e.g. page speed, schema, tags).
  • Manage marketing budget, allocate spend across channels, and optimize for maximum returns.
  • Lead and mentor junior marketers or interns (if team size allows).
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in tech & SaaS sector.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in software / IT services / B2B marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing campaigns for technologies like Microsoft 365, CRM, Salesforce, ERP, or cloud solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid acquisition (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display) and email marketing.
  • Experience with analytics & reporting tools (Google Analytics / GA4, Search Console, etc.).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation / CRM tools (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in UK shift (odd hours) and manage remote / global coordination.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
