Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Product Manager with a background in Food Science to oversee our range of gums and gelling agents in both national and international markets. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the food industry. This role is based in our Mumbai office and requires regular travel. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of gender.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer relationships while promoting our portfolio of gums and gelling agents across domestic and international markets.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Collaborate with the product development team aligning to customer's needs.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science.
- Strong understanding of gums and gelling agents.
- Food Safety training and exposure

- Skills in Market Planning and Market Research
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing, in the food industry.
- Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in using marketing and sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the food, feed, or industrial sectors is a plus
