About the Role:
The successful candidate will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales executives to deliver consistent revenue growth. They will develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire and retain B2B clients using CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns and messaging.
- Negotiate complex deals and escalate issues as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4-6 years of proven sales experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in IT services, SaaS, or technology sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in global B2B markets.
- Exposure to remote team management and digital sales enablement tools.
- Understanding of consultative sales and solution-based selling.
