Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration. This includes:
- Building and leading regional sales teams to generate revenue.
- Analyzing market trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities to maximize sales potential.
Key responsibilities also include:
- Developing and improving sales analytics to monitor and track sales performance.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven track record of successfully leading a regional sales team, preferably in the Edtech/IT sales industry.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Successful track record of planning and rolling out Go-to-market strategies.
- Experience with both inside and outside sales, including lead generation and outbound prospecting.
