Square Yards is a full-stack proptech platform, covering the entire consumer journey from search and discovery to transactions, mortgages, home furnishing, rentals, and property management. The platform facilitates over 15,000 transactions annually, worth more than USD 1 billion. Square Yards has a significant presence in global markets, including the Middle East, Australia, and Canada, contributing over a quarter of its revenues. Leveraging data analytics and VR tools, Square Yards aims to disrupt traditional marketplaces and build the first MLS in India.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Consultant, located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Consultant will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, developing new business opportunities, consulting with clients to understand their needs, and formulating business plans. They will also need to communicate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.
Qualifications
- Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Consulting and Business Planning abilities
- Effective Communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in the proptech industry is a plus
