Overview

TPM Business Operations role is responsible for resolving system-related issues within TPM, including the creation and maintenance of customers, roles, RAs, and SKUs. The position ensures governance and accuracy of accruals in the TPM system, as well as validation of critical data elements such as list prices, RSP, and COGS.

During the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) cycle, the role is accountable for uploading trade funds and RSP/COGS data into the system. In addition, check the SKU governance in the TPM.

Responsibilities

Support Planning Cycles

  • AOP: Responsible for TPM fund and assortment uploads, ensuring accurate fund loading into TPM and maintaining governance in the system.
  • Create new customers and SKUs; upload RSP, COGS, and funds into the system.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for performance tracking and reporting.

Monthly Closing and Performance Reporting

  • Perform monthly guardrail checks to ensure proper management of auto-promotion approvals and take necessary corrective actions.
  • Validate data based on TPM system inputs; conduct final review to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare and validate all promotional AFO reports.
  • Collaborate with the sustain team on issue resolution, system enhancements, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Other Activities

  • Establish and maintain effective collaboration processes between Finance, Finance BPs, FP&A, Sales, and ensure strong communication with Sales, sutain team, and other functions.
  • Provide support for promotion-related issues.
  • Develop accrual-related analyses to support informed decision-making.
  • Adapt reporting to meet evolving requirements and explore automation opportunities to increase efficiency.
  • Support onboarding and access management for new team members

Qualifications

  • University degree in Economics or Finance;
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance;
  • Power BI Must have
  • Highly ownership and basic technical skills needed;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong ability to work in Excel;
  • Proficiency in English language;
