What you will do:

  1. Build scalable and loosely coupled services to extend our platform

  2. Build bulletproof API integrations with third-party APIs for various use cases

  3. Evolve our Infrastructure and add a few more nines to our overall availability

  4. Have full autonomy and own your code, and decide on the technologies and tools to deliver as well operate large-scale applications on AWS

  5. Give back to the open-source community through contributions on code and blog posts

  6. This is a startup so everything can change as we experiment with more product improvements

Some specific Requirements:

  1. At least 3+ years of Development Experience

  2. You have prior experience developing and working on consumer-facing web/app products

  3. Solid experience in Python with experience in building web/app-based tech products

  4. Experience in at least one of the following frameworks - Sanic, Django, Flask, Falcon, web2py, Twisted, Tornado

  5. Working knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Aerospike

  6. Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Operating Systems

  7. You've worked with core AWS services in the past and have experience with EC2, ELB, AutoScaling, CloudFront, S3, Elasticache

  8. Understanding of Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes

  9. Have knowledge of Solr, Elastic search

  10. Attention to detail

  11. You can dabble in Frontend codebases using HTML, CSS, and Javascript

  13. You might not have experience with all the tools that we use but you can learn those given the guidance and resources

Must Have:

Solid experience in Python with experience in building web/app-based tech products

Experience in at least one of the following frameworks - Sanic, Django, Flask, Falcon, web2py, Twisted, Tornado(any is fine)

Working knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB(must, Redis(knowledge), Aerospike

Kafka(must), Docker, Kubernetes(knowledge)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,600,000.00 per year
