Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Backend Executive - Sales & Lead Generation Specialist, located in South Delhi. The Backend Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing sales databases, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and coordinating with the sales team. The role also includes maintaining client relationships, preparing sales reports, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Lead Generation, Sales, and Market Research skills
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and managing sales databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in the education or furniture industry is a plus
