We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Sales Executive / Patient Relationship Officer to manage patient enquiries and appointments. The ideal candidate will handle both telephonic and walk-in enquiries, coordinate doctor appointments, and ensure smooth communication between patients and our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in enquiries regarding doctor appointments and services.
  • Convert leads and enquiries into confirmed appointments.
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic tone while interacting with patients and families.
  • Manage the front desk and reception when required, assisting with scheduling and patient coordination.
  • Follow up on pending enquiries and ensure timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments and communications in the CRM or logbook.
  • Support marketing and promotional campaigns to increase patient engagement.
  • Coordinate with doctors, psychologists, and backend staff for appointment scheduling and updates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, front desk management, or healthcare service coordination (clinic/hospital experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi.
  • Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp queries, and in-person interactions.
  • Good computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Google Workspace, SaaS software, etc.).
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion and empathy.
