We're looking for a Sales Executive who is eager to learn and grow with us.

Role Description

We're hiring a
Sales Executive
to handle
international client acquisition and relationship management
. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of global business culture, and the ability to close deals with clients primarily based in
the US, UK, and the Middle East
.

You'll be working closely with our marketing and project management teams to align client needs with creative execution. The Sales Executive will also participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential international clients through LinkedIn, email, and other platforms
  • Pitch Amporium's creative services confidently and convert leads into high-paying clients long-term clients
  • Achieve a minimum of 3 client closures per month (with incentives beyond 6)
  • Manage client communication, project coordination, and satisfaction post-sale
  • Maintain a CRM of active leads and pipeline status

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus
  • Previous experience in sales or a related role is preferred

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in
    international sales, business development, or client communication
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong understanding of digital media, marketing, or creative services
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-driven
  • Based in Delhi (for an in-office role)
