Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
  • Provide one-on-one and group support to children with learning, developmental, or behavioral challenges.
  • Use specialized teaching methods, tools, and strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to monitor progress and ensure holistic development.
  • Maintain records of student progress and share updates with parents and school management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
  • RCI registration (preferred / as per requirement).
  • Strong understanding of different learning disabilities, developmental disorders, and teaching methodologies.
  • Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
