Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Child Psychologist (M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology/Child Psychology) to join our team in Varanasi. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and treating emotional, behavioral, and developmental issues in children and adolescents, while working closely with families and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess children and adolescents for emotional, behavioral, and developmental concerns.
• Conduct psychological testing, counseling sessions, and therapeutic interventions.
• Develop individualized treatment and care plans tailored to each child's needs.
• Provide guidance and counseling to parents, caregivers, and teachers.
• Collaborate with pediatricians, psychiatrists, and other professionals for integrated care.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure confidentiality.
• Conduct workshops or awareness programs on child mental health when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology/Child Psychology from a recognized institution.
• Valid RCI registration (mandatory).
• Prior experience working with children and adolescents (preferred).
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
