We're Hiring: Occupational Therapist

Changing Minds – Child Development Centre (Varanasi) is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing mental health and child development team.

Role Overview:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with children and individuals to enhance their daily living skills, improve motor and cognitive abilities, and support holistic growth through evidence-based therapeutic practices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assess developmental and functional needs of children & individuals.

* Plan and implement personalized occupational therapy programs.

* Collaborate with psychologists, educators, and parents for integrated care.

* Document progress and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's/Master's in Occupational Therapy.

* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Passion for helping children and families achieve their full potential.

Location: Varanasi
