Role & responsibilities

Marketing

  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Plan and manage Digital campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid ads, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create engaging marketing content and collateral (brochures, posts, presentations) using Canva and other design tools.
  • Organize promotional events, product launches, and trade shows.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to ensure ROI and continuous improvement.

Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize retention and upselling.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, forecasts, and client interactions using CRM tools.

Collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency in Canva for creating marketing materials.
  • Ability to analyze market data, trends, and customer insights.
  • Negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Creative thinking with a business-growth mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
  • 14 years of combined marketing and sales experience.
