Roles and responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from multiple sources and address basic customer
queries effectively.
Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, and other communication
channels.
Assist customers in selecting suitable products or services based on their requirements
and budget.
Direct queries to relevant departments for advanced resolution and ensure timely
follow-up.
Assign qualified leads to appropriate branches or departments for further processing.
Create and manage client WhatsApp groups, providing timely updates and ensuring
seamless communication until project completion.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and identify opportunities
for service enhancement.
Handle customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring
effective resolution.
Manage email and social media communications for updates, offers, and
announcements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a positive experience across
all touchpoints.
Prepare reports and summaries based on customer satisfaction data to support team
performance improvement.
Schedule appointments and follow-ups according to client and customer availability.
Ensure a professional, smooth, and shareable customer experience that reflects the company's
brand values.
