The Sales Lead will oversee day-to-day sales operations, including creating strategies to achieve sales targets, training and supporting team members, and fostering relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction. Additional responsibilities involve guiding clients through the sales journey, addressing inquiries, and working collaboratively to meet organizational goals, generating channel partners.ExpectationsStrong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage with diverse clients and address their needs effectively.Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance performance and develop capabilities.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with problem-solving and organizational skills.Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.Knowledge of the home interiors and renovation industry will be an added advantage.
