Our product line caters to premium architecture and interior design needs, and we are expanding our reach across India and Abroad

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and focused Business Development professional who has a strong understanding of sales, client relationship management, and the ability to pitch products effectively.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience selling to architects, interior designers, builders, or distributors of related products such as door fittings, bathroom accessories, hardware, or similar.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting architects, interior designers, builders, dealers, and project companies.

Sales Pitching: Present products effectively, highlighting USPs and application relevance to architecture and interior design industries.

Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, follow up consistently, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Market Research: Keep track of industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify growth areas.

Sales Reporting: Maintain records of client meetings, inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions; report progress to the management regularly.

PAN India Travel: Open to travel across India as needed for client meetings, exhibitions, or project follow-ups (travel expenses reimbursed by the company).

Target Achievement: Drive sales as per company targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • 3 to 7 years of proven experience in sales / business development, ideally related to architectural, interior, or construction products such as:
  • Door handles/fittings
  • Bathroom accessories
  • Modular hardware
  • Glass fittings, etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Confident in making presentations and pitches to professionals and clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work independently.

Basic computer skills (Email, MS Office, CRM tools).
