Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist (Freelance). The specialist will be responsible for identifying and recruiting IT talent to meet the company's needs. Daily tasks include managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. The specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Technical Recruiting and IT Recruitment skills
  • Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
  • Proficiency in Interviewing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in a remote working environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
