Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Bench Sales Recruiter role located in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include identifying and marketing suitable consultants to job requirements, building and maintaining relationships with vendors or clients, negotiating rates, and ensuring candidate placements. The Bench Sales Recruiter will work closely with the sales and recruiting teams, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates while monitoring market trends and utilizing recruitment platforms to meet company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in candidate sourcing, recruitment, and talent acquisition strategies
  • Experience with vendor relationship management and crafting direct client requirements
  • Proficiency in negotiation skills, rate analysis, and handling employment terms
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms, databases, and technological tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in US IT Bench Sales or a similar role is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Understanding of current US work authorization types such as W2, C2C, and H1B is a plus
