* Job Description *

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive with strong exposure to engineering manufacturing or SPM

industry to manage the end-to-end procurement process. The ideal candidate will have excellent vendor

management skills, cost negotiation abilities, and a thorough understanding of engineering components and

materials.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage complete purchasing cycle for engineering materials, components, consumables, and

subcontracting items.

 Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure quality, cost, and delivery compliance.

 Negotiate terms and pricing to achieve cost savings.

 Coordinate with production, design, and stores teams to ensure timely material availability.

 Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain purchase records.

 Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels.

 Evaluate supplier performance and maintain a qualified vendor list.

 Stay updated with market trends and identify cost optimization opportunities.

*Required Skills *

 Good knowledge of engineering materials, machining parts, and SPM components.

 Strong negotiation and communication skills.

 Hands-on experience with MS Excel / Purchase Management tools.

 Vendor development and sourcing expertise.

 Familiarity with cost analysis and procurement planning.
