About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and attract top talent.
2. Onboarding & Training
- Design and implement orientation programs for new employees.
- Assess training needs and coordinate employee learning and development programs.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Promote a healthy, safe, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and manage disciplinary procedures.
- Organize engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
4. Performance Management
- Develop and monitor appraisal systems and performance review processes.
- Support managers in setting KPIs and employee development plans.
5. Payroll, Benefits & Compliance
- Oversee payroll management, attendance, and leave systems.
- Administer employee benefits and ensure statutory compliance with labor laws.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
6. HR Strategy & Policy Development
- Formulate HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide HR insights and reports to support management decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
