Summary

Affluence International LLC is seeking a female candidate who is sharp, presentable, and highly organized to join as an Executive Assistant & Corporate Affairs Coordinator. This role combines executive support, client liaison, and corporate affairs management, working closely with senior leadership to manage schedules, coordinate with staff, and represent the company in government tenders, high-profile client meetings, and official interactions.

The ideal candidate will be confident, well-groomed, and proactive, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. She will act as the bridge between leadership, clients, and staff, ensuring smooth operations and a professional image for the company.


Key Responsibilities (Summary)

Manage CEO's agenda, calendar, and daily schedule.

Accompany management to government tender discussions, client meetings, and official visits.

Represent the company with a professional and polished presence.

Act as liaison between management and staff, tracking tasks and ensuring follow-up.

Prepare reports, draft correspondence, and maintain official documentation.

Support in corporate affairs, business relations, and tender documentation.


Qualifications

Female candidates only.

Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Management, or related field.

Excellent communication (English + Hindi/Regional).

Smart, confident, and well-presented personality.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.

Prior experience in executive assistance, client-facing roles, PR, or government liaison preferred.
