Manager – PRF (India Office)

Full-Time | On-Site | India

PRF Management Consultancy is a Dubai-based tax, accounting, and audit advisory firm serving clients across the UAE and internationally. We are expanding our India operations and are looking for an experienced
Manager
to lead the accounting and finance delivery team.

This role requires strong technical knowledge, the ability to manage multi-client assignments, and effective coordination between our India team and Dubai head office.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Operations Management

  • Lead and manage the India-based accounting team
  • Allocate tasks, track performance, and conduct review of team outputs
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the India office
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members
  • Implement internal controls and strengthen operational processes
  • Act as the
    primary bridge between Dubai HQ and India office
    , ensuring full alignment on deliverables

Financial Reporting & Accounting

  • Review and finalize IFRS-compliant financial statements for UAE clients
  • Oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities
  • Ensure accuracy of ledgers, trial balances, and supporting schedules
  • Prepare and review financial analysis and management reports

Tax Compliance (UAE)

  • Review UAE VAT and Corporate Tax workings and filings
  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and deadlines
  • Stay updated on tax regulations and guide the team accordingly

Audit Support

  • Review audit working papers and ensure completeness of audit documentation
  • Coordinate with Dubai office and external auditors for audit cycles
  • Ensure timely closure of all assigned audits

Client Interaction

  • Handle escalations, technical queries, and ensure smooth client communication
  • Support Dubai office in client meetings when required
  • Ensure timely delivery of all accounting, tax, and audit outputs

Qualifications & Skills
Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
  • MBA in Finance
    strongly preferred
  • ACCA, CPA, or equivalent certifications are an added advantage (optional)

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience
    in a similar role (finance manager / senior accountant / audit senior)
  • Strong experience in a professional services, audit, tax, or accounting consultancy firm
  • Proven track record managing or supervising a finance/accounting team

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and UAE Corporate Tax
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, and advanced Excel
  • Strong review-level capability with keen attention to detail

Soft Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong leadership, delegation, and team management capabilities
  • Analytical thinker with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines across different client portfolios

Other Requirements

  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Ability to independently manage India office operations and ensure timely deliverables
