Team Management
- Lead, guide, and motivate showroom staff (sales executives, cashiers, inventory staff, etc.).
- Allocate sales targets and monitor individual/team performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, grooming, and sales techniques.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
Operations Administration
- Oversee daily showroom operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and sales reports.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and display as per brand guidelines.
- Maintain stock levels, coordinate with inventory team, and manage replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and audit requirements.
Reporting Analysis
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and operations reports.
- Provide insights on customer trends, product performance, and improvement areas.
- Coordinate with management for business planning and promotions.
