Accounts cum Operation executive

Responsibilities:
- Handle AP/AR, bookkeeping, invoicing, bank reconciliations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate logistics, dispatch, vendor management, inventory control, and general documentation.
- Manage office admin duties, correspondence, scheduling, and support management tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business or related field.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience; fresher-friendly.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel; understanding of GST, TDS, and banking operations.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience: 0–3 years in similar accounting or operational roles; freshers with strong willingness to learn are welcome.
Operations:
- Coordinate and manage dispatch, logistics, inventory, and vendor interactions to ensure timely delivery and stock control.
- Maintain accurate records—both physical and digital—and ensure documentation is well-organized.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating with internal departments, vendors, and delivery partners.
- Assist in process improvements and streamline workflows for increased efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Accounting / Finance:
- Record day-to-day transactions—including sales, purchases, payments, receipts, banking entries, and invoicing—using Tally, ERP, or similar software. SimplyHiredApna+1
- Prepare and dispatch invoices, challans, and billing documentation.
- Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR); manage reconciliations for bank statements and ledgers. founditApna+1
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings with accurate reporting.
- Assist in GST return filing, TDS/TCS compliance, and other statutory obligations.
- Generate periodic financial statements (e.g., profit and loss, balance sheet), MIS reports, and cash flow summaries.
- Aid internal and external audits and ensure documentation and processes align with compliance standards.
