What will your job look like
  • Experience developing reports and dashboard with Power BI Desktop & Server. 
  • Working experience in commercial & regulatory reporting. 
  • Experience in building BI solutions Knowledge on data analysis techniques and best practices 
  • Working experience with MSBI tools and Power BI Effective spreadsheet modelling skills 
  • Adept in developing, publishing, and scheduling Power BI reports as per the business requirements. 
  • Developing visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop 
  • Advanced SQL writing skills, strong understanding of relational and dimensional data models 
  • Extensive knowledge in various reporting objects and it include Facts, Attributes, Hierarchies, 
  • Transformations, filters, prompts, Calculated fields, Sets, Groups, Parameters, Graphs, Forecast etc., in Power BI. 
  • Capable of implementing row-level security on data along with an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI. 
  • Should have an edge over making DAX queries in Power BI desktop. 
  • Must have used geo codes for Map layout 
  • Extensive knowledge in using action filters, LODs 
  • Good knowledge on tableau functions, date, string, numeric etc. 
  • Experience gathering and refining requirements. 
  • Responsible for design methodology and project documentaries. 
  • Should be able to develop tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with data warehouse standards. 
  • Very good communication skills must be able to discuss the requirements effectively with the client teams, and with internal teams. 
  • Good Statistical and Analytical knowledge. 
  • Excellent analytical, organization, prioritization and oral/written communication skills. 
  Requirements
  • 7+ years of total experience whereas relevant experience must be 5+ years into Power BI Dashboard development and MSBI (SSIS/SSAS/SSIS)
  • Strong object orientation experienceMinimum 5+ years of experience required in Strong SQL writing skills 
  • Knowledge of Python & R will be an advantage.
