Sports Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Coach Acquisition & Onboarding

  2. Strategically identify and target qualified coaches across various sports categories.

  3. Build strong, long-term relationships with coaches to understand their goals, needs and preferences.

  4. Present and communicate the full value proposition of the platform to drive conversions.

  5. Sales & Product Promotion

  6. Lead the promotion of both free and paid plans, ensuring effective conversion funnels.

  7. Develop sales strategies and pitches for product and subscription growth.

  8. Offline Business Development Activities

  9. Plan and manage large-scale offline activations such as workshops, events, and academies.

  10. Lead the Junior BDEs in on-ground initiatives to generate leads and visibility.

  11. Evaluate feedback from field activities to refine outreach strategies.

  12. Relationship Management & Support

  13. Maintain and nurture relationships with high-value coaches and partners.

  14. Act as the primary point of contact for key coaches, resolving escalations and ensuring satisfaction.

  15. Reporting & Strategy Contribution

  16. Track and report team performance in coach acquisition, onboarding, and product sales.

  17. Share insights and contribute to the development of business growth strategies.
  18. Mentor Junior BDEs and ensure achievement of individual and team KPIs.

  • Deep understanding of sales cycles and customer engagement.
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting market trends and team performance.
  • Ability to travel and represent the brand in offline business settings.
