We are seeking an experienced educator to manage academic operations at a specific grade level, ensuring high academic results, data management, and parent satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's/Master's Degree and B.Ed

  • 5-6 years of academic experience, with at least 3 years as a Coordinator/Supervisor/HOD

  • Must be a resident of Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage grade-level academic delivery and administration

  • Coordinate with Central Committees to implement curriculum guidelines

  • Establish high standards for academic performance and student discipline

  • Ensure optimal engagement of teaching staff and timely completion of academic work

  • Coordinate with the Principal and management to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.

Expected Competencies:

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Technical skills to manage online learning platforms

  • Leadership and mentoring abilities

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
