Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a School Resource Officer located in Mumbai. The School Resource Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the school environment. Day-to-day tasks include patrolling school premises, responding to incidents, conducting criminal investigations, gathering and managing evidence, and working closely with school staff and police officers to enforce laws and regulations within the school community.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Police Officer and in Law Enforcement
  • Skills in Criminal Investigations and managing Evidence
  • Ability to collaborate with Police and other Law Enforcement agencies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in high-stress situations
  • Relevant certifications in law enforcement or security are a plus
  • Previous experience in a school environment is beneficial
  • A degree or training in criminal justice, law enforcement, or related fields is preferred
