MAAC Jaipur is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and student-focused
Academic Counsellor

to join our team. If you have experience in counselling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for guiding students toward creative careers, this role is perfect for you

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist students in understanding MAAC's courses (Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphic Design, Multimedia).
  • Conduct counselling sessions—walk-ins, phone inquiries, and leads—ensuring high conversion rates.
  • Guide students and parents on course selection, career paths, and future opportunities in the media & entertainment industry.
  • Manage admission processes, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Plan and participate in seminars, workshops, school visits, and outreach activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, admissions, and follow-up status.
  • Coordinate with faculty and management to ensure smooth student onboarding.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience

in academic counselling, student advisory, or education sales.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to understand student needs and convert them into admissions.

  • Comfortable with targets and performance-driven environments.

  • Knowledge of the animation, VFX, and design training industry is a plus.

  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools).

Qualification

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

  • Specialization in counselling, education, or sales is an added advantage.
