Job Description: PhD Law Faculty

Location: MKV University, Patan, Gujarat

Job Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly qualified PhD Law Faculty to represent Aimlay Pvt. Ltd. at MKV University, Patan (Gujarat). The candidate will be responsible for teaching advanced law subjects, mentoring students academically, and coordinating day-to-day operational activities on behalf of the organization. This role requires strong academic expertise, leadership skills, and organizational ability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lectures and academic guidance in Law subjects as per university curriculum.
  • Mentor, supervise, and counsel students, including research scholars, to ensure academic excellence.
  • Contribute to curriculum development, research initiatives, and academic publications.
  • Design and review study material, assignments, and assessments.
  • Coordinate with university staff and Aimlay Pvt. Ltd. for seamless academic and operational processes.
  • Manage operations and administrative coordination at the university campus.
  • Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and Aimlay's management.
  • Support in organizing academic events, seminars, workshops, and student activities.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional, academic, and regulatory policies.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Law from a recognized institution (mandatory).
  • Prior teaching/academic experience in Law at university level preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of legal frameworks, case laws, and academic pedagogy.
  • Research and publication experience will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and academic tools.
