Senior Sales Executive – Furniture & Home Furnishing

Location: Kochi

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive – Furniture & Home Furnishing to handle showroom and field sales, build strong customer relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets. The candidate should have strong product knowledge in furniture, curtains, blinds, and home furnishing products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle walk-in customers and sales inquiries
  • Promote and sell furniture and home furnishing products
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales
  • Achieve monthly sales targets set by management
  • Coordinate with the design, production, and delivery teams
  • Maintain customer records and ensure after-sales satisfaction
  • Participate in showroom promotions and sales campaigns
  • Provide regular sales reports to management

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in furniture or home furnishing sales
  • Strong knowledge of furniture, curtains, blinds, mattresses, and interior products
  • Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented personality
  • Basic computer knowledge (billing, Excel, CRM preferred)
  • Willingness to work on weekends and peak business hours
