We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Ponkathir Food Products in Palakkad. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the food and beverage industry. In this role, you will be responsible for creating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. You will need to excel in identifying customer needs, understanding market trends, and effectively managing customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets within the food and beverage industry.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop strong business relationships with clients and potential customers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for sales.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with key decision-makers.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to senior-level executives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure the company's offerings meet market demands.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, specifically within the food and beverage industry.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
