As a copilot for HR Ops, HR Geckos enables HR/People Operations for small to medium enterprises. We are redefining how companies support their employees with an AI platform that resolves their problems at work instantly and autonomously.
We are currently hiring for a Sales Development Specialist. This role is directly responsible for leading/managing our Sales. Youll be the first voice connecting our breakthrough HR tech with clients across the US, Canada, and India. Youll generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule demos driving growth through smart outreach and great conversations.
We are seeking a Sales Development Specialist with B2B SaaS sales leadership experience in the HR/CRM/Tech space. This role will guide our sales effort and directly partner with Marketing and our leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
- Generate outbound leads, drive attendance to our webinars and events, and qualify inbound inquiries to build pipelines.
- Effectively manage inbound lead flow as well as execute outbound prospecting initiatives.
- Prospect creatively, with a focus on email and social media (Linkedin/Sales Navigator, Facebook, Insta, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Communicate product offerings via instant messaging (LinkedIn/Sales Navigator Messenger), emails, and virtual meetings.
- Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations for prospects.
- Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using HubSpot. Update CRM (Hubspot) daily with sales activities and customer interactions.
- Researching, identifying, sourcing, generating and nurturing new sales opportunities, target identification & classification.
- Engage with potential clients and nurture them to a qualified opportunity.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in the HR technology landscape to generate meaningful conversations and sales opportunities in the target market.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and bring them into a sales cycle.
- Analyses and creates a plan for engaging the target market.
- Possess strong and proven expertise in IT product sales (HR Technology).
Qualifications:
- Minimum experience in selling HR Technology / SaaS products for 2+ years.
- Experience in domestic sales (United States, India, and Canada).
- Excellent communication skills and has to have a good understanding of HR technology terminologies and trends.
- Experience working with a CRM (bonus points for Hubspot CRM)
- Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent negotiation, communication, time management and organizational skills
- Experience with enterprise sales is a must. Experience in HR Tech is a big plus.
- Proven ability to understand client pain points and proposing solutions.
- Proven ability to work and effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary plus commission.
Location & Travel:
Remote but based in the Hyderabad/Telengana or Visakhapatnam/AP area, with pre-scheduled occasional travel for conferences and occasional client meetings and/or prospecting.
