Role Overview

We are seeking a Content Marketing & Social Media Head to lead TOPS' content and digital storytelling across SEO, blogs, social media, email, and video platforms. The role combines content strategy, social media growth, and SEO-driven performance marketing to build visibility, generate leads, and strengthen our positioning as the #1 IT Training & Placement brand in Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Leadership

Design and execute a 360° content marketing strategy that drives organic growth and student engagement.

Build and manage a team of writers, designers, SEO executives, video editors, and social media managers.

Develop a content calendar for blogs, social, video, and PR/editorials aligned with admission cycles & placement drives.

Social Media Marketing

Own strategy and execution for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms (Reels/Shorts).

Create and manage social-first campaigns (memes, reels, carousel posts, placement success videos, testimonials).

Plan paid + organic campaigns to build brand awareness and student leads.

Develop a consistent brand voice across channels, adapting content for different audiences (students, graduates, professionals).

Track trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to stay relevant and engaging.

SEO & Digital Growth

Drive organic lead generation through keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and local SEO.

Integrate social + SEO campaigns to maximize visibility.

Align with paid marketing campaigns to ensure unified messaging across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Analytics & Optimization

Define and monitor KPIs: website traffic, social reach & engagement, lead volume, conversion rates.

Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs).

Continuously optimize campaigns for engagement, CTR, and ROI.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

7–12 years of experience in content + digital marketing, including social media management.

Proven track record of growing organic traffic and social engagement.

Hands-on experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, Canva/Adobe tools).

Deep understanding of SEO + Social synergy for edtech/skilling industry.

Strong storytelling, copywriting, and campaign ideation skills.

Ability to lead cross-functional creative + performance teams.
