Position - Site Accounts Head (Accounts and Finance Controller)

Location - Tarapur - Boisar ( Maharashtra) (Plant)

Exp- 6 to 12 yrs

Qualification - Inter CA

Job description of Site Account Head-

Reporting to: Chief Finance Officer (Head office- Worli)

Ensuring overall internal control system effectiveness

Ensuring Purchase control and vendor management

Ensuring overall inventory management control

Monthly inventory verification

Engineering purchase approval and control

Overall Solvent management and control

Ensuring timely bill passing & arranging sending of documents to head office for accounting completion as per SOP

Monitoring budgets and report on deviation

Attending to Internal / Statutory and Cost Auditors

Design Product costing methodology & verification of monthly product costing

Ensuring timely submission of data required by Head Office Finance team for timely completion of MIS

Overviewing Fixed assets management & periodical verification along with maintenance team

CAPEX budget V/S Actual spent monitoring & reporting

Any other work assigned by reporting authority / management .
