Key Responsibility Areas:

  4. Erection and commission of EHV projects of GIS 400 KV/765 KV

  5. Organizational Initiatives

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and develop effective and proficient project plans for the project as per contract and specification for executing EHV Projects of AIS/GIS upto 765 KV

  2. Understanding of Critical Path (CPM) and resource loaded scheduling processes, physical progress tracking, and earned value analysis.

  3. Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them.

  4. Coordinating with the consultants & clients for the project progress and with the suppliers for the timely material arrangement and core follow up of day-to-day updates of Project activities and requirements.

  5. Co-ordination with Engineering, Purchase, Contract Management team, Finance team, Project Manager at site.

  6. Planning timely delivery of material, manpower and finance

  7. Participation in project review meetings with the customers.

  8. Coordinating with clients, subcontractors and workforce to meet project targets.

  9. Follow up with PMC in case of any technical issues clarification

  10. Manpower management

  11. Timely assistance for entering Kaizens, IMS, Business Excellence etc.
